In this position, you will be part of the global Data Protection team and advise management and specialist departments on a variety of projects. With your specialist expertise, you will ensure that data protection always plays a fundamental role in these. You will also help to meet the various requirements of the GDPR - such as documentation and risk assessment obligations - and to further develop our data protection management system. YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Background You have a degree in law, economics, business law or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience You have several years of professional experience in the field of data protection, ideally in the automotive or franchise environment or in management consulting
  • Hard skills You have strong analytical skills, good judgement and an affinity for dealing with IT systems. Ideally, you have already gained some experience in using tools such as OneTrust and Confluence
  • Soft skills You are highly self-motivated and have a structured, independent way of working and are able to deal confidently with various stakeholders. You also enjoy working in a team and are results-oriented
  • Languages You are fluent in German and English
Responsibilities
  • You advise management and specialist departments on data protection issues and help them implement projects in compliance with data protection regulations
  • You are responsible for ensuring that new processing operations are included in the processing register and that existing processing operations are regularly reassessed
  • You identify sensitive processing and carry out data protection impact assessments for it
  • You support the investigation, documentation and evaluation of potential data protection
