Your Role

In this pivotal position, you will act as the core liaison between our regional operational entities and Group Corporate Controlling. You will translate complex data into actionable business insights, directly influencing international management decisions.

  • Liaison & Partnership: Act as the primary financial interface between international operational units and global Group Controlling.
  • Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive financial analyses, monitor market trends, and deliver precise commentary on business developments and variances.
  • Forward-Looking Planning: Support the strategic budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and predictive financial modeling.
  • Financial Closings: Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Consolidation: Support Group consolidation processes across international legal entities.
  • Data Innovation: Build, maintain, and optimize financial dashboards using Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel.

 

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or corporate finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Global Mindset: Strong international background with high cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively across Asian, US, and European business cultures.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD) is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent capability to run complex data analyses, spot deviations early, and generate reliable predictions.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
