REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced ERP (SAP) User and strong system skills
  • Preferred experience in automation software tools (e.g., UiPath) and data analysis
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

Plan and execute Marketing Operations (MOPS) related systems and tools tasks with focus on projects and Brand Digital products. Key contact for Global, Market and Cluster teams for system product testing and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SPOC for Brand related Systems & Tools projects and Digital Brand products:
  • Cluster processes, gap analysis and milestones roadmap review
  • Testing activities such as KUT (Key User Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing)
  • Business activation and roll-out plans
  • Hypercare and support ticket management
  • Identification of dependencies with system and system interface owners and cross-functional users to ensure efficient delivery
  • Bring in E2E-process improvements for EMC Cluster.
  • Coordinate and execute local catalogue creation (Listing / Segmentation) in SAP and work closely with CTC as well Digital Wholesales Solution Team. Ensure smooth sell-in preparation including reports and status updates.
  • Assist with other Marketing Operations tasks.
