Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and management of patients with various ocular disorders. Perform advanced surgical interventions and oversee surgical training for residents and fellows. Lead and participate in educational programs for medical students and ophthalmology residents. Engage in clinical research, contributing to the advancement of ophthalmic science and best practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and health outcomes. Develop initiatives aimed at improving community awareness and prevention of eye diseases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in ophthalmology and healthcare policies. Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards in all aspects of patient care and education. Medical degree with an accredited residency in Ophthalmology and board certification. Proven experience in a clinical or academic setting working with complex ophthalmological cases. Expertise in performing a full range of ophthalmic surgeries and procedures. Strong background in teaching, mentoring, and engaging with medical students and trainees. Research experience in ophthalmology or related fields, with a track record of publications.
