JOB DESCRIPTION
As a PL01 Order Management & Delivery Service Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in ensuring strong delivery performance and efficient order handling for one of Danfoss Climate Solutions’ key product lines: ACR (PL01).
This product line includes expansion valves and control components used in refrigeration and HVAC systems, such as thermostatic and electric expansion valves
In this role, you act as the operational link between regions, distribution centers (DCs), and factories, making sure service levels are met—and stepping in to manage escalations when they are not. You will also drive the development of structured and standardized processes within order management for the ACR business, supporting consistency and transparency across the organization
The role is primarily based in Denmark or Germany, but for the right candidate, other European locations may be considered.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
To succeed in this role, you bring a solid understanding of Danfoss’ end-to-end order management flow—from sales through to production—along with a structured and systematic approach to problem-solving. You are proactive by nature and have a strong drive to deliver improvements in daily operations, with a keen eye for identifying process gaps and opportunities
Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential, as you’ll be collaborating across multiple functions, cultures, and regions. Your ability to influence stakeholders and align different perspectives will be key to driving progress. Furthermore, you are confident working with data and can translate analytical insights into concrete actions. Experience working with SAP transactions is also expected
Please note that, due to the summer holiday period, interviews are planned for mid-August.
