Description

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of experience in a corporate or organizational setting
  • Designing and delivering leadership trainings, workshops
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and blended learning tools
  • Having experience in leading/being active part of organizational development project(s)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is desirable
Responsibilities

Support various Learning Development initiatives in Hydro. Take part in, support and lead various HR initiatives and HR projects in the business within Organizational Development and Learning Development. Utilize effort for soft skill development on global level.
Play a critical role in driving employee development, enhancing organizational performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
