In this role, you will be responsible for conducting complex pathology analyses, ensuring accurate diagnostic reporting, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Your leadership in laboratory practice and mentorship of junior staff will be vital to maintaining excellence in pathology services. Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis and diagnosis of pathology specimens with a focus on accuracy and quality. Lead laboratory practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Work closely with clinical teams to aid in the development of treatment plans based on pathology findings. Mentor and develop junior pathology staff and trainees to foster professional and clinical growth. Participate in research projects to enhance diagnostic methodologies and healthcare delivery. Medical degree with a specialization in Pathology and a valid UAE medical license. Substantial experience in diagnostic pathology, particularly in senior or specialist roles within reputable healthcare settings. Thorough knowledge of pathology laboratory operations, techniques, and quality assurance. Ability to interpret complex pathological data and communicate findings effectively. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Commitment to high standards of patient care and diagnostic accuracy. Experience with or interest in research and continuous professional development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex diagnostic cases.
