Job Summary: The role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely payroll operations by executing payroll processing activities, maintaining payroll data, and coordinating statutory requirements to ensure correct employee compensation and compliance with labor and tax regulations. Key Accountabilities: * Operate monthly payroll processing activities by entering payroll inputs, applying approved changes, and following payroll calendars to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time in line with approved compensation structures. * Check payroll data and calculations by validating attendance, leave, allowances, and deductions against source systems to identify discrepancies early and support error‑free payroll processing. * Prepare payroll reports and summaries by gathering payroll outputs, organizing data, and formatting templates to support internal reviews, approvals, and management reporting requirements. * Help coordinate payroll inputs with relevant stakeholders by gathering attendance data, approved changes, and adjustments to ensure complete, accurate, and timely payroll submissions. * Help resolve payroll‑related employee queries by clarifying payslip components, gathering issue details, and tracking resolutions to support employee understanding and timely closure of payroll concerns. * Keep payroll records and documentation accurate by filing payroll files, updating systems, and maintaining supporting evidence to support audit readiness, compliance reporting, and data integrity. * Track payroll activities and recurring issues by maintaining logs, monitoring corrections, and updating trackers to support continuous improvement and escalation of risks to HC Operations.
