Description
Administer monthly payroll and off-cycle payments in accordance with company policies and local labor laws. Liaison with statutory bodies to ensure full compliance with EPF, SOCSO,EIS, PCB, HRDF, and other statutory contributions and filings. Maintain and audit payroll records, employee compensation data, and statutory documentation. Support internal and external audits, including preparation of payroll reports and documentation. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes the Payroll reporting. Responsible in handling employee's payroll & Time related query through ticketing system on time with professionalism and discretion. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or professional Degree in any field. Minimum 5-7 years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a multinational company handling Malaysia payroll/ Minimum 10 years job experience for employees with diploma. Good knowledge about HR processes, Advanced Excel Skills and HR IT System. Knowledge in GMDS, SAP Payroll & Time systems, would be an advantage. Able to work in a tight timeline.
