As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, shaping, and optimising our digital campaigns while also working with various internal teams to develop end-to-end marketing strategies. In this role, you will: Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channels and drive the strategy on some core set of projects and initiatives Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Completely understand existing tracking and funnels Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities Produce effective ad copies Define OKRs for channel experiences Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 3-5 years’ of prior experience in Digital Marketing Well versed with all digital tools and their execution (In depth practical experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels) Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred) Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, user journeys, digital strategy, and best practices Strong technical and data analysis skills Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency in English Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy Excellent communication and literacy skills Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges Social, Medical & Life Insurance A fast paced, high performing team.
