REQUIREMENTS

The preferred candidate is a driven and ambitious professional with relevant experience in performance and rewards initiatives. You are motivated by the opportunity to drive, operationalize and prioritize key initiatives. You are passionate about contributing to a high-performance culture to enhance team performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Experience and interest in performance and rewards strategies and initiatives
  • Motivated by the opportunity to solve complex problems with limited supervision
  • Experience in contributing to cross-functional projects
  • Motivated by the opportunity to develop a network, operate in a politically complex environment and build influencing skills
  • Focused to continuously learn and improve, with a willingness and ability to go beyond area of expertise
  • Motivated to build strong analytical skills, with the opportunity to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, track key metrics, and report on the progress of HR initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in contributing to senior level presentations and supporting decision-making for senior leadership teams
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to rotating agile project teams, delivering key initiatives across pillar areas
  • Support in delivering value through business impact in a dynamic environment focused on empowerment, accountability and collaboration.
  • Actively collaborate with project team members to drive shared success
  • Take ownership of project tasks under supervision of the project lead or other project team members
