Job Overview 综述 Position Title: S&OP Productivity Leader; Sr Specialist, Supply Chain Operational Excellence (SC OPEX) Responsibilities 职责 Overview: The S&OP Productivity Leader plays a critical role in driving cost savings and optimizing the supply network by leveraging data analytics and reporting. This individual is expected to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and sub-teams focused on enhancing productivity across EM S&OP. Additionally, the Productivity Leader may spearhead, or support initiatives aimed at improving processes and systems to boost overall efficiency and operational effectiveness Key Responsibilities: Partner w/S&OP Director & Regional Leaders to achieve performance metrics/kpi and identify improvement opportunities. Co-develop, monitor, and action supply chain key performance indicators. Direct and lead opportunity investigations, analysis, solution development & strategy support Lead execution of projects leading to productivity improvements Co-develop, monitor, and action key performance indicators. Key Relationships & Stakeholders: S&OP Directors Regional S&OP Leaders Logistics Procurement Logistics CX-OPEx FP&A Qualifications 要求 Critical Experiences: University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields 5-7 years combined S&OP experience in Supply, Demand, Inventory, Network, Raw Material or deployment planning. Strong data management skill/experience Advanced analytical, problem-solving experiences. Fluency with analytical tools [MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx] SAP experience Project management experience Ability to collaborate & build productive internal & external working relationships. Fluent in written & spoken English.
