Job Description
Shoppers Drug Mart is looking to hire a Senior Specialist within our Pharmaceutical Partnerships team. This is a great opportunity for anyone planning to gain work experience in supply chain, inventory management, forecasting and vendor relations from Canada’s largest pharmacy corporate head office.
The Sr. Specialist, Pharmaceutical Partnerships is a key team member whose primary responsibility is inventory management to support our pharmacy locations. The individual will be responsible for managing allocations of COVID and FLU vaccinations and supplies, working with our Distribution Centers and Operation teams to coordinate and ensure inventory is available to meet and manitain an accurate reporting to the Health Ministries across the country.
They will oversee inventory levels, interacting with internal teams, the Distribution centre staff and external partners as required to support their role. They will be responsible for vendor reporting, process development, store communication content creation, the management and implementation of distribution process and procedures, and ongoing tracking (including the day-to-day monitoring of inventory).
