Key Responsibilities: Partner with all levels of Professional Education staff and other related functions across Edwards to develop and drive the execution of educational programs for health care providers and internal product trainings/sales trainings. • Manage HCP education programs; including but not limited to identifying and delivering on program logistics, obtaining compliance approval, contracting service agreements with HCPs, booking travel and site arrangements, loading program information and invoicing into the HCP Engage system, submitting expense reports in concur and maintaining budget compliance. • Create collateral materials (i.e program agenda, social posts, email campaigns) and route education content for approval through relevant legal, regulatory and medical review processes with cross-functional stakeholders, utilizing systems • Manage Vendors and contracting for Professional Education programs, including but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, airlines, travel agencies, catering, promotional materials, audio-visual and webinars • Provide solutions and collaborate with field teams, marketing teams and international Professional Education teams to share best practices on program development and HCP engagement. • Respond to field requests and inquiries regarding Professional Education programs • Prepare moderately complex quarterly program metrics on educational programs. • Ensure compliance for all Professional Education Programs and financial transparency reporting. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree 3 Years experience of previously related work experience Required Education, sales or marketing work experience with HCPs Preferred Event planning and travel management experience Preferred Budget management experience Preferred Vendor management experience Preferred English skill on business situation Preferred Legal, regulatory and medical review process and system experience Preferred Proven expertise in MS Office Suite Preferred Additional Skills: • Good organizational and project management skills • Good people skills, customer-oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills in Japanese and English • Clear, concise and professional in communication • Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills • Solid knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning • Strict attention to detail • Drives tasks to successful completion and closure • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Ability to work in a team environment with global teams and cross functional partners • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships • Maintains integrity and professional codes of conduct • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control • Travel (day and overnight by air, train, etc.) will vary.
