In this role, you will work on designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing enterprise-scale Actimize solutions for leading financial institutions. You’ll collaborate with architects, business analysts, and clients, applying both agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions that help safeguard organizations against risk and compliance challenges. How will you make an impact? Develop and configure software features in line with design specifications and enterprise standards. Work in multi-disciplinary teams alongside architects and business analysts. Plan and perform unit and functionality testing to ensure solutions meet design requirements. Interact with customers to address technical queries and support user acceptance testing. Suggest enhancements to meet client requirements while adhering to product frameworks. Independently collaborate with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams. Occasionally work on client sites or in different time zones. Provide mentorship to junior team members and conduct code reviews. Have you got what it takes? Experience & Education: 12–15 years of experience in enterprise software development. BE/B.Tech or equivalent with relevant hands-on experience. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Experience working in global and matrix organizational environments. Professional Capabilities: Mandatory experience in financial markets / capital market compliance domains. Preference for candidates with Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) development experience. Proven expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and relational databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.). Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting. Familiarity with AWS cloud environments is an advantage. Knowledge of scalable, secure coding concepts. Experience in J2EE, web & application servers, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus. Strong client-facing skills with ability to manage technical discussions. Personal Leadership: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a high capacity for self-learning. Ability to work independently and complete complex tasks. Effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset. Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
