Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sr. Execution Coordinator - Formation & Aging is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects the project. This role ensures that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage timelines, track deliverables, and resolve issues focusing in the Formation & Aging area.
This position is in-person and located in the charming town of St. Thomas ON.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and oversee project execution to ensure milestone attainment, budget discipline, and adherence to technical scope, enabling seamless transition from planning into production.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project plans, schedules, and documentation to strengthen transparency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Convene, ramp up, and support taskforce to address critical priorities, accelerate execution, and enable rapid response to emerging challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners to align objectives, mitigate risks, and secure timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve execution risks and bottlenecks — including vendor, resource, or process challenges — to protect continuity and operational performance.
