Primary Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic respiratory illnesses using advanced diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Develop individualized care plans integrating the latest pulmonology research and clinical guidelines. Lead and support junior pulmonologists and healthcare providers through coaching and knowledge sharing. Participate actively in multidisciplinary team discussions to promote holistic and coordinated patient management. Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives within the pulmonology department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on advances in pulmonology through continuous education and professional development. Medical degree with specialization in pulmonology and current licensure to practice medicine. Proven experience as a Senior Specialist Pulmonologist managing complex pulmonary disease cases. Strong proficiency with diagnostic tools such as bronchoscopy, spirometry, and imaging interpretation. Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide junior medical staff effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Outstanding communication and patient management skills.
