As a Senior Specialist Reliability and Qualification (f/m/div) in our Quality and Excellence team, you will investigate the root causes of failures, drive fundamental improvements, and implement forward-looking solutions to ensure that our products exceed even the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Evaluate and qualify product reliability, with a focus on wide-bandgap semiconductor devices
• Characterize dielectric materials using various electrical measurement techniques
• Develop failure models through stress testing and simulation
• Enhance and optimize existing measurement programs
• Apply a strong understanding of statistics and Python programming
• 
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry
• Ideally, initial experience in semiconductor development and manufacturing, particularly related to wide-bandgap technologies
• Experience in data analysis and Python programming
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate fluently in both German and English
•
