SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a Senior Specialist Restorative Dentist to join a prestigious private healthcare facility. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality restorative dental care, managing complex cases while mentoring junior dental staff. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes through expert clinical skills and collaborative practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive restorative dental assessments and develop advanced treatment plans. Perform complex restorative procedures including implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitations. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior dental specialists and clinicians. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory standards. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in restorative dentistry and implement them in clinical practice. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Specialist qualifications in Restorative Dentistry with recognized certification. Valid dental license for private healthcare practice. Minimum of 7 years of experience in restorative dentistry, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven expertise in complex restorative procedures and case management. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
