Primary Purpose: The Retail Specialist will support operational and commercial standards of communication throughout the stores to ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures. Manage monthly target allocation and incentive payout for retail store staff Develop functional sales & product analysis reports for Retail lead to ensure efficiency and productivity Assist and create deck and internal presentations Manage incentive, petty cash and rostering guidelines to ensure store compliance Consolidate monthly roster and petty cash claims from retail store staff Ensure timely updates of retail/promotion calendar and store organization chart Responsible for time sheet and leave form consolidation for director’s review Coordinate trips/agenda, update Store Factsheet and metrics reports for executive store visits Coordinate regular communication within the retail management team and the cross-function teams.
