Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Sales Strategy Analyze data and develop sales strategies for key accounts. Process monthly sell-out data to prepare monthly reports. Monitor key account trends and support implementation of action plans. Sales Program Development & Operations Ideate, develop, and communicate plans for GWP (Gift With Purchase) production and delivery. Budget Management Track all sales-related budgets (Rebate, Net-down, SWB). Prepare monthly budget usage reports for management. Analyze market trends and budget spending to propose initiatives for sales growth. Manage budget closure and vendor payment processes. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Strong ability to build and develop strategies and business proposals. Understanding of golf consumer needs and preferences. Creativity for new business and category expansion. Ability to plan and execute events and sales promotions. Excellent and creative PowerPoint skills. Strong internal and external communication skills. Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications: 3+ years of relevant experience University degree or equivalent Fluent Korean & advanced business English proficiency Work Environment / Physical Requirements: Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage. Ability to work extended hours as necessary. Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption. Frequent travel may be required.
