Prepare monthly management reporting (financial statements, pipeline reports, KPI dashboards) using standard tools (Tagetik, SAP, Salesforce) and BI solutions (Power BI, Excel)
Support data extraction, validation, and quality assurance using automated solutions to enhance transparency and data reliability
Contribute to financial controlling across projects and business lines, analyzing performance, cost structures, and variances
Support planning and forecasting cycles, including budgets and strategic business plans, by collecting data, preparing templates, and validating inputs
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of planning assumptions
Drive operational excellence by improving controlling processes, reducing manual effort, and enhancing data flows
Support automation initiatives and the implementation of new tools
Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting for senior management and Global Sales
Show your expertise
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in international industrial companies
Strong MS Office skills, including Power BI and Copilot
Experience with common reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik, Lucanet, Hyperion or similar)
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a strong plus
Business fluent English (C-level proficiency)
Open mindset towards BI tools and AI-driven analytics
