Role Overview Lead the design, implementation, and operation of SAP SD Billing and Accounts Receivable solutions with a specialized focus on digital payments. Drive integration of billing solutions and online payment gateways (e.g., Paymetric, Worldpay) into SAP Commerce Cloud and ECC/S4HANA environments, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless payment experiences for B2B and B2C customers. Collaborate across product, integration, and finance teams to deliver robust, scalable, and resilient payment capabilities. What will you do in this role: Digital Payments Integration: Architect and implement end-to-end integration of external billing solutions and digital payment gateways with SAP SD and Commerce Cloud, leveraging SAP Digital Payments Add-On and third-party PSPs. Ensure support for credit card, direct debit, and alternative payment methods, with real-time authorization, tokenization, and settlement flows. Configuration & Compliance: Configure payment gateway connectors, manage PCI DSS compliance, and oversee secure data flows between SAP and external payment providers. Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to maintain audit-ready payment processes and documentation. Settlement & Reconciliation: Design and govern settlement processes, including automated and manual payment runs, reconciliation of payment proposals, and error handling. Ensure accurate posting of payment transactions, timely settlement, and resolution of transmission failures in collaboration with treasury and finance teams. Order-to-Cash Process Optimization: Standardize and enhance order management scenarios (order capture, change/cancel, returns) with integrated payment flows. Drive simplification toward SAP standard functionality, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous payment and order ingestion. Collaboration: Partner with product, integration, finance, vendor and Order to Cash SAP Platform BAR teams to align billing standards and payment architecture with business needs and regulatory requirements. Provide expertise in payment gateway selection, integration patterns, and operational support. Continuous Improvement: Guide modernization efforts, including migration from ECC to S/4HANA, adoption of advanced payments, analytics, and expansion of digital payment options. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital payments. What should you have: Required 8+ years in SAP SD/OtC solution architecture, with 3+ years integrating digital payment gateways into SAP environments. Senior expertise in payment gateway configuration, PCI compliance, and SAP SD pricing/AR processes. Strong knowledge of payment settlement, reconciliation, and error handling in SAP. Experience with eCommerce payment flows, API/EDI integrations, and SAP Digital Payments Add-On. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across product, integration, Commerce/OTC/SD operations, and vendor teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Willingness to work in both projects and operations. Pharma industry experience.
