INTRODUCTION TO THE TEAM

The Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team builds relationships with travelers, driving engagement and loyalty by providing value through ownership of the loyalty program, targeted CRM and our co-branded credit card program.
We are seeking a passionate and driven CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team. The Segment Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering email, push and in-product placements and landing pages. The successful candidate will partner closely with cross functional teams in Analytics, Creative, and Production & Capability teams to develop compelling campaigns driving key global marketing objectives.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Economics or any other related field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a CRM role, preferably in the e-commerce and/or online marketing space
  • Experience working with a loyalty program and / or co-branded Credit Card a plus but not required
  • Ability to collaborate with creative and marketing partners to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work and communicate successfully across teams and partners
  • Demonstratable attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office. Experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other communication and content management tools are all a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work on the development and execution of global campaigns for Expedia, Hotels.com and VRBO brands across email, push, in product placements and landing pages. With a particular focus on communications to support our co-branded Credit Card program
  • Own our signal-driven Credit Card communications, as well as crosssegment campaign placements. Partner with our Credit Card and segment marketing teams on the end-to-end delivery of comms that drive more Credit Card applications and retention
  • Support messaging that communicates the importance of our loyalty program, highlighting the amazing deals and perks that our members enjoy
  • Identify campaign opportunities by better understanding our travelers through: insights, testing, self-serve data exploration and performance tools
  • Plan and work through campaigns that cut across multiple teams
  • Brief specialist Creative & Production teams on requirements for building your campaign and/or placements
  • Ensure campaigns are built to a high standard and meet and exceed traveler experience expectations
  • Report on campaign performance using self-serve tools like Tableau
