Job Title: Senior Specialist, Site EHS Job Description: The Role: This position is responsible for implementing and continuously improving the EHS program to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and Entegris' EHS requirements. In addition, this position will work with Entegris' EHS department as a member of the site management team to identify, prevent and resolve potential EHS issues. This position is located in Kaohsiung Science Park (KSP) In this role you will: Lead Entegris' ISO 45001 and 14001 management operations, including EHS document management, EHS goal/KPI management, internal and external communications, EHS committee activities, and regulatory compliance identification. Lead incident management, including conducting parallel investigations and preventing future incidents. Assist in promoting improvements in organizational safety culture, awareness, and accountability. Assist in implementing the plant's Safety and Health (SH) management to ensure compliance. Assist in executing various statutory education and training programs. Conduct safety audits, including safety and health inspections, contractor work audits, equipment safety inspections, and job safety observations. This position is responsible for the Kaohsiung plant and reports directly to the KSP EHS Manager. Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Master’s degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. Over 5 years of experience in EHS management in factories and cleanrooms. Possession of a Level A Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Management (Level A Certificate in Occupational Hygiene Management preferred). Familiar with EHS regulations, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, and compliance experience with customer audits. Extensive incident handling experience. Experience in equipment safety management and lost control / prevention management is a plus. Project management skills. Good communication skills, capable of earning trust and maintaining positive professional relationships. Strong teamwork and coordination abilities. Proactive, motivated, with problem-solving capabilities. Basic written and spoken English communication skills.
