What you will do:
The PGIM Real Estate Information Systems team is seeking a full-time Software Engineer experienced with full-stack web development. The successful candidate will work with a high performing and diverse team that supports PGIM Real Estate’s Global Debt Business including loan origination, asset management, portfolio management and servicing functions. The Software Engineer role will work alongside the Product Owners and Engineers to develop enhancements and resolve defects for the Omnia platform, our proprietary cloud-based application used across PGIM Real Estate’s Global Debt Business.
This position is in PGIM Real Estate’s Letterkenny office.

What you will bring
Azure/AWS certifications a plus
Technical Skills:
.NET Framework/Core:
o High proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
o Experience with ASP.NET and Web APIs.
o Knowledge of Entity Framework.
o Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
o Extensive experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).
o Understanding of RxJS and state management libraries.
o Experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
o Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
o Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.
o Experience with branching, merging, and pull requests.
o Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
o Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
o Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
o Experience with deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
o Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
o Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
Soft Skills:
o Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
o Experience in leading smaller-scale architecture and design discussions.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
o Ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
