JOB DESCRIPTION:
8 to 12 years in frontend development with at least 3 to 5 years in React.js. Proven experience in leading teams and delivering enterprise grade applications.
Lead a team of frontend developers in designing and building React based applications Collaborate with UXUI designers’ backend engineers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Architect reusable components and scalable UI frameworks using React.js Redux and Next.js Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness across devices.
Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and implement unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library Maintain clean efficient and well documented code.
Drive sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements in Agile environments.
Guide junior developers troubleshoot complex issues and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
