Support and help execute sourcing strategies across multiple Technology categories, including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, software licensing, cybersecurity, and enterprise tools.
Collaborate with business owners in Technology, Product, and Finance to align sourcing activities with operational needs and growth initiatives.
Manage sourcing project activities, including gathering business requirements, preparing RFx documentation, coordinating supplier evaluations, and analyzing bids.
Assist in negotiation efforts to secure competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms, and risk-managed agreements.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned vendors, supporting contract management, supplier relationship management, and performance tracking.
Conduct spend analysis, market research, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments to inform sourcing strategies and decision-making.
Track supplier performance against contract requirements, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Help identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
Use sourcing and spend management tools (e.g., Jaggaer) to help drive sourcing activities and maintain accurate data and reporting.
Prepare sourcing project updates, vendor performance summaries, and spend reports for internal stakeholders.
