In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of spinal disorders through advanced surgical techniques and interventions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and outstanding patient outcomes, while also playing a crucial role in guiding and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans for patients. Conduct a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to spinal fusions, decompressions, and minimally invasive surgeries. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior surgeons and healthcare staff in clinical settings. Manage post-operative care, monitoring patients for complications and ensuring effective recovery pathways. Collaborate with various medical teams to deliver holistic approaches to spine health. Participate in clinical research and stay updated with the latest advancements in spine surgery techniques. Maintain precise medical records and documentation as per institutional and regulatory standards. Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery. Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery from an accredited institution. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in spine surgery, with proven success in complex surgical cases. Proficiency in both traditional and cutting-edge minimally invasive surgical techniques. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to educate and inspire colleagues and medical staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations. A commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care models. Dedication to ongoing professional development and contributions to the field through research and education. High ethical standards and a compassionate approach to patient interactions. Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
