As a Senior Specialist, Strategic Procurement, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives with a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and maintain procurement compliance programs, policies, and tools.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to procurement regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to procurement staff on compliance and best practices.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and update procurement frameworks accordingly.
  • Advise senior leadership on sourcing strategies and risk mitigation.
  • Lead strategic procurement projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Promote vendor diversity and implement strategies to increase diverse supplier participation.
  • Benchmark with peer organizations to align with best practices and reduce procurement risk.
