In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives while fostering collaboration among various departments. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and progress of strategic initiatives across the organization. Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance strategy execution. Collaborate with various teams to maintain focus on strategic goals and timelines. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the executive management on strategic progress. Support the creation of governance frameworks and operating models to facilitate strategy delivery. Facilitate strategic planning meetings to ensure alignment and integration of departmental objectives. Identify market trends and challenges that could influence strategic direction. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to align strategies. Contribute to refining and enhancing strategic oversight processes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy oversight, project management, or a similar area.
