We are looking for a Supply Chain - ERP & Supply Chain Transformation specialist to join the team. This is a 15 months fixed term contract in Singapore Tuas site.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for SAP Material Master Data maintenance, integrity and governance for all MM views for Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods and Finished Goods
  • Responsible for Material Data integrity of SAP Bill of Materials, Resources, Recipes and Production Version for all Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Services
  • Responsible for liaising with IT teams for SAP MM / PPsystem configurations issues and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively with internal (including global sites) and external customers
  • Responsible for the creation and update of documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
  • Ensure compliance with Supply Chain planning policies, procedures and ethics guidelines are maintained.
  • Drives ERP related Kaizen/Hoshin event(s) that provide the business with process improvements for cost and/or time savings opportunities.
  • Lead SAP material setup for new Technology Transfer products.
  • Actively contributes to operational efficiency/continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolvedata integrity issues.
