Embed sustainability in sourcing decisions by providing clear data, insights, and recommendations. Collaborate with suppliers to gather sustainability data, explore lower-impact alternatives, and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze CO₂ footprints, materials, and supplier sustainability performance, turning findings into actionable insights and compelling business cases. Partner with R&D to evaluate and pilot new materials, technologies, and circular solutions. Help develop new tools, supplier requirements, and processes that support scalable responsible sourcing. Engage and influence stakeholders, bringing clarity, enthusiasm, and structure in a context where we are building much from scratch. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in sustainable sourcing or sustainable procurement, ideally within cosmetics, FMCG, chemicals, packaging, or related industries. Passion for sustainability, with hands-on experience in areas such as CO₂ calculations, decarbonization roadmaps, circularity, biodiversity, or certified materials. Strong affinity with sustainability data (emission factors, traceability, certifications, material impact assessments). A proactive, curious mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping new processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across R&D, Packaging, Sourcing, and suppliers. Analytical, organized, and able to connect technical sustainability insights to business needs. Motivated by impact and excited to help build a more sustainable supply chain at Rituals.
