Description
Responsible for full cycle of recruiting activities for all levels of employees including job posting, sourcing, screening, offering and on-boarding Responsible for all expatriates related issues including new application and renewal etc. Proficient brand marketing and negotiation skills (e.g., drive efforts to finding solutions that can generate a win-win outcome) Proficient interviewing skills (e.g., competence-based interviewing aptitude diagnostics) Experience in Finance, Technical Experts and Production Executive recruitment locally or regional Preferably with 3-5 years experience as a full cycle recruiter in a multi-national manufacturing company Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree Experience in expatriate employment and hiring of IDL and technical/experts Self motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently Possess a good working attitude and strong command of English language We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
