Overview Role: SENIOR SPECIALIST, TALENT ACQUISITION Responsibilities 1. Manages R&S area Ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI’s Organizes recruitment team activities to achieve the goals Ensures hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing to the right position 2. Ensures the application and follow‑up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures Supervises day‑to‑day Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedure Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase headcount 3. Enhance Company Branding Facilitates Educational Tours as required Coordinates with Universities for Placement and/or other school activities Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors Conceptualizes Sourcing Collaterals 4. ≥5% Conversion Rate Monitors total number of hires from identified sourcing strategies Identifies and reviews low‑yielding sourcing strategies Recommends initiatives to increase productivity of low‑yielding sourcing strategies Increases social networking capability Job Summary – Area of Expertise (Skills) Knowledge in BPO Advertising and Marketing Recruitment KPI knowledge Team organization and planning Basic knowledge in Advertising, Marketing and/or Branding Creative skills Negotiating skills Interpersonal skills Planning and organizing skills Qualifications Other Skills and Experiences (Minimum) Bachelor’s Degree Competencies: Market or Industry Research Interviewing Sourcing, Branding, and Marketing Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Performance Feedback
