Job Description Roland Berger is looking for a talented Sourcing Recruiter to join us! In this role, you will assume all sourcing responsibilities—scout passive candidates, determine job requirements, and create new job positions as needed. You will achieve this by sourcing promising consultants across various job boards and social media to build a candidate roster for future hiring requirements. We also expect you to collaborate with management to anticipate hiring needs, identify cross-organizational workforce needs, and create new vacancies for understaffed departments accordingly. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will maintain a list of prospective hires and contact individuals in case of corresponding job openings. It will also be your responsibility to get in touch with former employees regarding new job opportunities. When needed, you will support the talent acquisition team in conducting recruitment and recommend applicants who may be a good fit. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus Keen attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Enthusiasm for learning and applying data-driven approaches to recruitment Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience KSA Nationals ONLY.
