Description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Specialist, Targeted Marketing on a temporary basis (term up to 15 months).

This position can be a hybrid or remote opportunity. Members of this team are primarily based out of Saskatoon, SK and come into the office once a week. However, location may be flexible depending on the candidate.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are looking for a career in Marketing and:

  • Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible marketing experience.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, preferably majoring in marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Any background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, campaign management and marketing analytics are assets.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute data-driven campaigns and targeted customer journeys to be executed through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform using a breadth of data and insights to drive results.
  • Analyze campaign performance with the Marketing Analytics and Targeted Marketing teams, using real-time data to optimize digital marketing effectiveness on owned digital channels.
  • Collaborate with commodity teams, customer experience (CX), Digital Experience (DX), CRM and local Co-op marketers to align fast-paced digital campaigns with sales targets and promotional strategies.
  • Lead projects designed to enhance our capabilities and effectiveness to deliver targeted, customer-centric digital marketing through owned channels including email and app.
  • Adapt marketing tools and platforms by staying current on AI and tech advancements, ensuring the team maximizes FCL’s marketing technology investments.
    Who you’ll work with :
    The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Targeted Marketing on a team that values curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration. You’ll also work closely with CX, EIM, commodity leaders, and local Co-op partners to implement and optimize digital marketing platforms.
