This role combines expertise in global trade, GTS and S4 advanced programming skills, data reporting to customize and integrate GTS with SAP systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain solutions that ensure compliance, streamline trade processes, and support Celanese’s global operations. Responsibilities 职责 Key Responsibilities: Act as developer and IT support SAP GTS, providing advanced support, configuration, and optimization for global trade processes. Develop and customize SAP GTS solutions by programming enhancements, interfaces, and integrations between GTS and SAP ECC/S4 HANA using ABAP, RFC, and other relevant technologies. Design and implement trade compliance functionalities workflows, including sanction screening, embargo checks, and customs automation, tailored to international regulations. Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver robust GTS-to-SAP integrations. Maintain and enhance GTS master data structures (e.g., classification, compliance data) through programming and configuration. Create advanced data reports using SAP GTS, SAP analytics tools, SAP BI reports or other platforms to monitor trade compliance, system performance, and operational trends. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to GTS functionality and its integration with SAP systems. Create and maintain documentation for custom developments, configurations, integration processes, and reporting methodologies. Stay updated on SAP GTS advancements, reporting tools, and global trade regulations to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications 要求 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP GTS, with at least 3 years focused on programming and development (ABAP, RFC, etc.). Proven functional expertise in SAP GTS and S4. Proven experience in GTS E4H Strong programming skills in ABAP and experience with GTS-to-SAP integration techniques (e.g., RFC, IDocs, APIs). Demonstrated experience in data reporting, including designing and delivering reports using SAP tools or similar platforms. Proficiency in managing and customizing Microsoft SharePoint sites for team collaboration and document management. In-depth understanding of global trade regulations, including customs, export controls, and trade agreements. Ability to work on complex technical projects and deliver solutions in a global, multi-system environment. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and its integration with GTS. Experience as a Super user in SAP GTS Knowledge of REST APIs, DevOps practices, or trade automation tools. Background in the chemical or manufacturing sector with an understanding of supply chain dynamics.
