is sustainably realized through professional transport management.

Through structured reporting and KPI monitoring, you create the necessary transparency regarding logistics costs

and performance – an important basis for sound and reliable management decisions.

Your tasks with us

Managing transport tenders: You plan and conduct national and international transport tenders (RFQ/RFP) and ensure an efficient, competitive procurement process.

Negotiating transport contracts: You conduct contract negotiations with logistics service providers, conclude transport contracts and ensure economically viable and sustainable partnerships.

Develop supplier performance: You evaluate logistics service providers based on relevant KPIs, identify optimization potentials and support the continuous development of our supplier portfolio.

Analyze cost and market potential: You analyze cost structures and market developments, identify potential savings, and derive economic recommendations for action.

Driving projects forward & developing concepts: You develop future-oriented logistics and procurement concepts and lead cross-departmental projects until successful implementation.

Creating transparency & advising management: You create meaningful reports, prepare decision-making bases and give strategic recommendations for management.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the logistics environment
• Solid knowledge of KPI-based multi-carrier management
• Experience in optimizing service provider costs
• Strong ability for data analysis and benchmarking
• Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and a strong results orientation
• Experience in independently managing complex optimization projects
