What you will be doing As the UXUI designer, you will support the UX/UI lead in the end to end digital design sprint drive design delivery and optimization of the digital platforms customer journeys. You will lead, create and manage the Company’s design framework and tools. You will actively connect & collaborate with stakeholders to understand emerging trends and technologies for journey design planning and identify ways to optimize the customer experience across the digital platforms. Principal responsibilities Collaborate with Group level & local stakeholders to understand user needs, identify design opportunities to create meaningful experiences and implement Ux/Ui guidelines, principles and best practices to ensure consistency and minimize repetitive work Support Ui/UX lead: Manage Ui/UX workstreams in integration program; deliver business as usual design activities, integration and rebranding activities across the organization Collaborate with Digital Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery of both customer and business needs Be the gate keeper in ensuring the UX/UI is intuitive and consistent across journeys while ensuring design principles and aligned UX/UI are clearly articulated in the design requirement and wireframes Manage the design operations including digital design/UI/UX and responsible for the final design and creative output. Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experience across a wide range of digital assets and interface Support the Company’s business and customer KPI that includes improve in NPS (net promoter score), customer acquisitions, website performance, new services and product launch. What we are looking for Degree holder in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience, covering all aspects in UX/UI including iterative design sprint and UX research/ workshops, not limited to rapid prototyping and concept testing Digitally savvy problem solver with good understanding of financial services customer journey including pain points, moment of truth and levers to drive customer behaviors Good understanding of financial services regulation related to digital assets and other compliance requirements and proven ability in delivering simplified user experience on mobile and or web-based design would be an advantage. Insurance experience preferred. Strong understanding and experience with human centric design customer journey mapping, design sprint methodology, collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence and visualisation tools such sketch, figma or invision. Results driven based on data when defining the user experience and enhancing user interface with good project management skills; high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to ideate and conceptualise solution designs and strong vendor management to deliver to customer and business needs Excellent communication (includes objection handling) and inter-personal skills to engage multiple stakeholders. Be creative, versatile, ready to challenge status quo and able to explain design solutions clearly to stakeholders Good to have UI/UX Design certification and familiar with data analytic tools
