About the Role As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will: · Manage a diverse NDIS caseload across a variety of disabilities · Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and PBS Practitioners · Provide supervision and mentoring to early career Speech Pathologists · Support quality practice improvement Our bright and fresh offices, offer free parking and are right beside Gardiner Train station. What You’ll Bring · Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor or Master’s) · Experience in the disability, hospital or private practice · Skills in AAC, swallowing/dysphagia, and complex communication needs · Strong communication and relationship-building skills · A team player who works well in a multidisciplinary environment · A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning · Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) · Will consider a Speech Pathologist wishing to return from extended leave Ready to make a lasting impact?
