Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON K1A 1K

• Coordinate and devise software testing deliverables, including strategies, plans, cases, results, and defect management.
• Define test automation strategy considering project constraints.
• Develop test requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Provide feedback on feature specifications and design.
• Review product design documentation for accuracy.
• Recommend design improvements throughout development.
• Plan project testing schedules with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Define test methods and create plans for software projects.
• Generate and execute test cases.
• Conduct various levels of testing (functional, integration, regression, security, performance).
• Create and execute automated tests.
• Report defects and provide product feedback.
• Lead, train, and mentor test team members.
• Communicate with developers and business analysts on project impacts.
• Adapt to client and partner requirements, managing test regime changes.
