About the Role Generative AI is revolutionizing the way 3D content is created. As a pioneer and leader in 3D generative AI, Meshy invites individuals with both technical expertise and artistic sensibility to join us in building the next generation of 3D creation tools. In this role, you’ll collaborate with world-class engineers and artists to develop intelligent, AI-powered 3D creation systems and workflows—empowering creativity without the limits of technical barriers. What you'll do: HR SSC Architecture: Design, establish, and continuously optimize the company’s HR Shared Services Center (SSC) framework to drive the standardization and automation of HR processes. Knowledge Management: Build and maintain the HR/Corporate Knowledge Base, consolidating policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides. Employee Relations & Benefits: Manage employee relations and provide consultative support; optimize benefits policies, including social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance, and leave management. Global Coordination: Collaborate with overseas HR teams to align operations and assist in the implementation of localized/differentiated policies. C&B Operations: Support payroll and performance operations, including attendance tracking, salary calculation, and performance management optimization. Budget & Compensation Support: Assist in formulating and managing labor cost budgets; maintain salary bands and annual policies to provide data-driven support for HRBP decision-making. Recruitment & Mobility Support: Provide foundational recruitment support, assist with talent relocation/household registration (Hukou), and support corporate qualification applications. Policy Development: Draft and update Employee Handbooks and various HR policies to ensure continuous optimization of workflows and operational standards. What We're looking for: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields are preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR SSC or related roles, with comprehensive knowledge of payroll, performance management, and employee relations. Process Excellence: Proven track record in process optimization and driving efficiency through automation. Compliance & Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations; ability to handle complex issues independently with excellent cross-departmental coordination skills. Financial Acumen: Familiarity with labor cost management and budget support. Nice to Have: Experience in an International SSC or background in cross-border HR collaboration.
