Job Description The Senior Staff Accountant responsible for supporting the Company’s financial operations, with a primary focus on subsidy billings and collections. This position prepares monthly and quarterly subsidy invoices in accordance with contractual terms, assists with reconciling financial data, and supports the month-end and quarter-end close through preparation of journal entries. The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications Essential Job Responsibilities: Prepare and send monthly and quarterly subsidy invoices to hospitals in accordance with contract requirements. Work directly with hospitals to ensure timely payment of subsidies; involve VPOs and Regional Presidents as needed to support collection efforts for overdue balances. Send monthly statements to VPOs regarding outstanding subsidies for their respective hospitals. Partner with operations and analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely billing of bonus metric subsidies. Review and approve employee expense reimbursements in accordance with Company policy. Prepare and send monthly or quarterly reimbursement invoices to related parties. Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations as appropriate. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 1–3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or public accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
