Senior Staff Accountants would primarily prepare files as well as provide leadership and guidance to other staff.
Our firm is intimate with our internal relationships as well as with clients. Internally we are small enough that everyone knows each other despite having two locations, and it’s common to have direct access and regular contact with the partners. With our clients, we pride ourselves on our level of service and professionalism. We want to ensure clients feel appreciated and heard, and we aim to respond regularly and inform them if we need to research topics, etc. Partners regularly delegate clients where Seniors/Managers are the partners’ alternative contacts with those clients and help facilitate requests, draft meetings, and attend them.
