We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant who will play a critical role in the financial operations of our organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, maintaining compliance with accounting principles and company policies, managing key financial processes, and providing valuable insights to support business and departmental decision-making. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights. Primary Job Duties Oversee maintenance of fixed assets in the fixed assets management system. Perform daily cash reconciliation, research variances, and communicate to A/R for timely resolution. Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed. Monitor past due accounts. Assist with cash flow and bank reporting. Prepare relevant tax return filings at specified intervals. General ledger/account reconciliation. Manage cash flow and bank reporting. Audit preparation and management. Provide oversight to AR/AP function. Fixed assets/depreciation and customer rebates. Process freight bills Various other ad hoc projects. Subsidiary financial statement preparation.
