Credit Genie is a mobile-first financial wellness platform designed to help individuals take control of their financial future. OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate and pragmatic AI tech lead to design and deliver AI systems for both internal and customer-facing applications. You will be working out of our brand new office in New York City.

REQUIREMENTS

• A PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, …) and 4+ years of experience building Machine Learning and AI systems OR Master degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience building Machine Learning and AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern libraries (e.g., Pydantic, FastAPI, …).
• Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, …) and ecosystems (e.g., HuggingFace).
• Proficiency in AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, …).
• Proficiency in software development best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD, …).
• Working knowledge of cloud development (e.g., familiar with any of AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Set the company’s AI roadmap in collaboration with our leadership.
• Work in collaboration with a growing team of AI Engineers on the design and execution of AI Proof Of Concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with Product leaders and Engineers from other teams to productionize successful POCs.
• Set and maintain high development standards for the team.
• Have fun experimenting with new technologies and staying up to date with the latest developments in the field (e.g., through conferences, professional networks, …).
