The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA. This analyst will be helping organize, integrate and run the business for the BT&E Safety and the BT&E Chief Engineer organizational functions.
We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manger tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in formal and/or informal role
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data
  • 3+ years of experience in a role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience working in Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Quality
  • 5+ years of experience as a Staff Analyst
  • Experience in finance
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Partner with organization leaders to align activities with long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
  • Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues; identify and recommend implementation strategies
  • Provide continuous assessment of overall meetings and review architecture to ensure effectiveness
  • Analyze and summarize data related to organizational direction, including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs
  • Develop executive-level briefings to communicate strategic insights and recommendations
  • Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings and events
  • Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets; monitor and track execution and communicate status
  • Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements
  • Lead the development and deployment of training content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers to deploy broad organizational training
