Responsibilities 🚀 Drive data-informed decision-making across Coupang Eats by leading diverse projects spanning delivery operations, merchant management, and growth initiatives. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests: Conduct hundreds of experiments monthly and evaluate customer and business impact. Build and optimize data pipelines and analytics tools: Develop Airflow-based pipelines and perform traffic, retention, and operational analyses. Support operational decision-making: Examples include calculating required delivery partner capacity and forecasting regional demand. Own key business metrics and deliver insights that improve customer retention, operational efficiency, and business performance. Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational and merchant data to uncover growth strategies. Deliver projects ranging from data visualization and reporting to complex modeling that informs strategic decisions.
