Lead architecture decisions across distributed compute, storage, metadata, and streaming systems.
Build internal platforms and frameworks that improve developer productivity at scale.
Drive platform reliability, performance and operational excellence.
Identify long-term technical investments that simplify systems and reduce operational complexity.
Partner with engineering leadership, infrastructure teams, security, data engineering and machine learning teams to align platform strategy.
Mentor senior engineers and raise the engineering bar across the organisation.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies where they provide meaningful long-term value.
